Shipping policy

At Flag Depot (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we take pride in fast, reliable shipping so you can receive your order quickly and with confidence.

Order Processing

• Most orders placed by 1:00 PM Central Time will ship within one (1) business day.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central Time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method

• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
• All products are shipped from our Texas-based warehouse.

Delivery Time

• Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Backorders

• During periods of high demand, some items may become temporarily unavailable.
• If your order is affected by a backorder:
 ◦ We will notify you within one (1) business day.
 ◦ We will provide an updated shipping timeline.
 ◦ You will have the option to wait, modify, or cancel your order.

Shipping Guarantee

• We strive to meet our shipping commitments on every order. While most orders ship within one business day, unforeseen delays, such as carrier issues or high demand, may occasionally occur.
