• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
• We make returns easy, if it is not right for you, simply return it. No questions asked.

Return Conditions

• To qualify for a return:
 ◦ Items must be in the same condition as received.
 ◦ Products must not be used, flown, or displayed.
 ◦ Items must be returned in their original packaging.
 ◦ The original packing slip must be included.

Refund Details

• You will receive a full refund of the product price.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed promptly after the returned item is received and inspected.

• We proudly offer a 90-Day Product Guarantee on all Flag Depot flags.

What’s Covered

• Rips or tears in the flag from normal wear under standard weather conditions.
• We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
• We will ship the repaired or replacement flag back to you at no additional charge.

Conditions for Coverage

• Flags must be flown only in normal weather conditions.
• Flags must be displayed on properly sized house-mounted or in-ground flagpoles.

What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by extreme weather (storms, high winds, etc.).
• Improper installation, mounting, or use.
• Use on incorrectly sized or unsuitable flagpoles.
• Damage from contact with the flagpole or other obstacles.
• Fading or sun damage.
